Guadecitabine shown to be safe in metastatic colorectal cancer patients
In a small Phase I study conducted at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine (MD, USA), guadecitabine has been shown to be safe in combination with irinotecan for treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
